week 8 comercial food production

now its is the day me and my team carl and Matt were on duty as an SOD and also our service team Zura, Lina and Cindy were selected by Mas, they will be our crew mate and were the captain pirates on the ship. early in the morning we came to college like always but someone who so what ever was clever enough to open the fine dining door, unsuspectedly we just bargein at the fine dining room while madam herlinda is not around to open for us at the fine dining. but hopefully our chef ask us to get out and madam herlinda and wait for her permission to open the restaurant. Once were out we forget to clean the evidence for madam herlinda to not knowing her to find out were in the restaurant. and so she find out we get mad to madam and we apologize to her for not waiting madam to open the restaurant and everything works fine. but im still curious that morning who open the fine dining at that time? no one doesn't know the answers who open it.

week 7 comercial food production

week 7 i came to college and get ready for kitchen work but we cant just cook yet cause its to early and the door is still not open before 12am. Once it the kitchen our chef tell us if the ingredient is enough, if it is okay we mise in place the ingredient and we get a 5minutes rest before cooking start. i was incharge on soup duty with my team members, its a simple task on making the soup also we make the stock early before starting cooking, but there is one thing i learn from the chef to make the soup even stronger taste. we can use the onion skin or something onion root cause this both will make the soup pack a punch and stimulate the whole body. it was a new thing that i learn that day so if someone is making soup dont trow the onion skin and the root cause its will make the taste even extraordinady, but we cant just serve the soup with onion skin and root like that we have to strain it first then we can serve the soup. week 6 comercial food production

week 6 is gonna be russian theme but at that day i was in duty of fine dining service and i was not at the kitchen at that time. and like always i come early to class at about 6:30 but the fine dining is still not open so i go take an early morning breakfast while waiting the fine dining was open. our work is just a simple task we just have to rearrange the table decorate fine dining, make some coffee and tea after one's its done our chef trys to check on us, so everything is okay then the chef give us some breaffing. our restaurant open and close at 12am to 2pm. clear everthing up and close the fine dining for today.

week 4 comersial food production

For this commercial food class i will fast forward to week 4 cause week 1,2 and 3 were discussing about what were going to serve our menu for the fine dining restaurant. it took us week but we manage to get good menu. so in this case for week 4 the theme is about korean so if it is korean we have to serve korean food and act like a korean people for the dining table, cause not it will end our reputation for our restaurant. INTRODUCTION On this day, we have been brief by Chef Naim for our first class before we start our cooking lesson on next monday and also giving a topic each of Chef of duty on every week. My Self and My Ambition  Hi my name is Masliyana Binti ibrahim and  my nickname is Mas. I’m 19 years old. I was born in Hospital Tawau on November 21 1998 .I am a second child in my family. I living in Tawau with my big family. My father is a bus drive,his name is Ibrahim Bin Sellimin. And my mother is a businesswomen ,her name is Suriani Binti Abdul Rahman. I have one brother is Muhammad Mazlan Bin Ibrahim and i have one younger brother is Muhammad Nor Fadil Bin Ibrahim .My education level are : primary school Kalumpang Semporna Sabah, secondary school Balung Tawau Sabah and  now I am studying in Cosmopoint International Collage. My ambition is i want to be a successful person in my business food, so I must to study hard and be more mature. I love cooking because i want to continue my mother business.
