week 6 comercial food production
week 6 is gonna be russian theme but at that day i was in duty of fine dining service and i was not at the kitchen at that time. and like always i come early to class at about 6:30 but the fine dining is still not open so i go take an early morning breakfast while waiting the fine dining was open. our work is just a simple task we just have to rearrange the table decorate fine dining, make some coffee and tea after one's its done our chef trys to check on us, so everything is okay then the chef give us some breaffing. our restaurant open and close at 12am to 2pm. clear everthing up and close the fine dining for today.
